Matesa SO2, Grape Guard

This product is made of paper and polyethylene with a number of suchets which contains sodium metabisulfite food grade. These generators prevent and control the development of decay caused by the Botrytis cinerea Pers fungus in packaged grapes.

Absorpad

Absorpad is a product with one or more sheets of mechanical pulp, 52g/m², ², that are crinkled and gapped to boost their absorption capacity. Lab tests have shown ABSORPAD high efficiency to absorb and trap humidity, as well as high absorption speed when in contact with free water and/or humidity excess.

Cor Pad

COR PAD corresponds to simple cuttings of corrugated paper, and is composed of two sheets of mecanical pulp, 52g/m². These sheets are joined together by an adhesive base made of natural starch. The waves of this paper vary between 150 –180 ondas/m lineal, and has a height of 2.1-2.9mm, onda B in accordance with NCh 2398. Of 97. They guarantee effective mechanic resistance if bumps and dynamic loads occur, as well as adequate humidity absorption and trapping. This protects and enhances the original characteristics of the packed fresh fruit from its point of origin up to the final consumer.

Jiffy Pad

Jiffy Pad is a unit composed of 2 sheets of brown wrapping kraft paper , 40g/m². A mixture of shredded paper is placed in between the two sheets. It can be fabricated with or without the client’s name stamped on the product in two differrent colors.

Corner Board

Cardboard profile used as structural reinforcement to pile boxes, either over pallets or any other area of piling. Other uses: to protect edges or borders of different products for its packaging, transportation or storage.
